Four cousins ready to go whale-watching on a boat

In 2013, a fateful chain of posts was made on Tumblr. Cousins had been connecting there virtually for some time, but it was time to plan the first in person meetup. Originally pitched as an informal gathering at a pre-existing con, a group of Young Wizards fans quickly latched onto the idea of having our own convention and started planning. Funded by an Indiegogo drive (that got almost twice as much as we asked for), CrossingsCon came into being three years later in 2016 with our first convention in Newark, NJ, USA. You can read more about that first con, and all our other past conventions, here.
